中醫藥現代研究新進展

原訂九十二年四月二十六、二十七日舉辦之「國家衛生研究院中醫藥現代研究新進展研討會」因去年SARS疫情而延期，終於九十三年七月十日、十一日於桃園龍潭宏碁渴望學習中心圓滿舉行。

本研討會於籌備委員會召集人陽明大學黃怡超教授及其他九位委員的精心籌劃下，共有67位學者與會，共計口頭發表論文19篇，壁報展示論文17篇。

會議四大主題分別為：
（1）Clinical Trials and Development of Chinese Herbs, （2）Clinical Research on Chinese Medicine, （3）Research on Chinese Herbs and Natural Products, （4）Herb-Drug Interactions。

三位國外講員於會中發表精彩演說：

李國雄院士(Prof. Kuo-Hsiung Lee, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, U.S.A.)，講題為Challenges and Opportunities for Discovery and Development of New Medicines from Chinese Materia Medica；

鄭永齊院士(Prof. Yung-Chi Cheng, Yale University, U.S.A.) ，講題為Exploration of Chinese Medicine Formula for the Treatment of Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy；

陳金泉教授(Prof. Kelvin K. C. Chan, Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong) ，講題為Some Thoughts on the Problems and Strategies for Assessing Quality, Toxicity and Efficacy of Chinese Herbal Medicinal Products。
會議中討論熱烈，與會者均感到受益良多。
